Under the direction and supervision of registered professional nurse of the fishermen, Home Health Aides certificate (CHHA) to make patient care to meet the practical needs of the patient's plan of care. They also help to maintain a safe and clean environment. Certified Home Health Aides have completed the course Housewife-Home Health Aide approved by the New Jersey Board of Nursing. They must be current certification in New Jersey to the Board of Directors of Home-Care Assistant-Home Health. In addition, they must have passed a criminal history background check. Our home health care providers to participate in training sessions throughout the year, several disease-specific issues.

A CHHA may be ordered by your doctor to help with personal care. Valley Home Care CHHAs staff and contracts with providers of AMEC several years.

We do our best to provide continuity of services CHHA. However, there may be times when you need to send several CHHA to provide care for you. If this happens, we can be sure that you will be satisfied with any member of our team of CHHA. CHHAs are generally designed for the period between eight sixteen other hours of the request is considered. CHHA Duties
  1. Assists with bathing, dressing, and feeding.

  3. Temperature, pulse and respiration as directed by nurse.
  4. Reinforces simple dressings.
  5. Assists and reminds patient to take oral medications, ordinarily self-administered, as ordered by physician and as directed by nurse.
  6. Assists with home exercise program developed by the nurse or therapist.
  7. Takes patient for walks outside when indicated by the nurse, weather and health permitting.
  8. Reports physical/emotional changes to nurse.
  9. Shops and prepares meals for patient.
  10. Household duties as per Plan of Care.
  11. Does patient's personal laundry.
  12. Maintains safety and communicates issues.
